I’m a dog mom, wife, coffee lover, DIY-er, cycling instructor, and a former dieter and over-exerciser.  I became a dietitian in 2017 just as I was coming out of my own decade-long tug of war with disordered eating and overexercising. 

Baby dietitian Brittany was determined to “help people get healthy” and honestly … 99% of the time that meant people were seeking out my help with weight loss. The crazy part is I started noticing that losing weight rarely changed anything about my client’s health. Long answer: We live in a society that puts thinness on a pedestal, even when it comes at the cost of our physical or mental health. Instead of obsessing over changing your weight, this program will help you develop healthy habits that make you feel incredible and *at home* in your body again. With intuitive eating, you may gain, lose or maintain weight - it just depends on how well you are honoring your current health needs and where you are in relation to your set-point weight range.
