Founder of Fueled & Well Nutrition! I worked as a sports dietitian in collegiate athletics for several years before deciding to work with youth and high school athletes. As I spent more time working with younger athletes, I was shocked to realize how early in our lives we are exposed to diet culture and body shame. I just knew that female athletes and active women deserved so much better than the outdated, harmful nutrition advice of “eat this, not that” or “eat to control your weight” - so I decided to go out on my own and create what I knew should have existed years ago
we support active women, female athletes, and women with eating
disorders by using the framework of both Health at Every Size and
Intuitive Eating. Our expertise in sports nutrition, eating disorder care,
and intuitive eating counseling means we are equipped to guide you in
nearly any phase of your journey towards food freedom and fueling for
your best life!
Trust us, we know what it feels like to have your thoughts consumed by
food rules, diets, and tracking apps. To be tired, on-edge, and feeling like
you are meant for so much more … if only you could get over this “food
problem” that is currently lurking in every corner of your life and draining
your energy. Luckily, we also know how amazing it can feel to leave that
lifestyle behind, which is why we are obsessed with teaching women how
to achieve food freedom and body peace. Don’t worry - we will show you
how to get there.
